With the Account Manager Service from mobileStorm, you have access to a team of digital marketing professionals that are on call to help when needed. Instead of hiring additional marketing staff specialized in digital messaging tactics and techniques, access our services when needed.
Below is a quick overview of how the Account Management Process works, from signup through ongoing management of your account:
You sign up for the service either directly within the mobileStorm Control Panel or via your mobileStorm Digital Marketing Specialist.
An Account Manager is assigned to you and reviews any special requirements with your account.
The Account Manager contacts you to set up a kick-off meeting and discuss your needs in more detail.
The Account Manager will be your day-to-day contact, including facilitating and leading meetings with other mobileStorm personnel, such as Delivery or Design. They will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on scope and on time.
Account Management services are purchased on a monthly basis in 4 hour User package or 10 hour Team package, which can be used for the following tasks and projects: Note: these hours must be used each month as there are no rollovers to the next month.
Account Setup and Training
System setup – Initial database/list setup, form creation, sub accounts, etc.
Training of selected client personnel – onsite possible but for extra cost.
Follow up training/new employee training.
Database formatting
Converting existing database to be mobileStorm compliant.
Managing database integration or segmentation.
Advanced feature setups
Target creation
Setting personalization tokens
Clickstream tracking – management and training
RSVP Manager setup and training
Custom Footer implementations
Carrier Query uploads
Coupon Management/Setup
Creating campaigns – Only text and graphics. No HTML coding, which can be done for a separate cost.
Tactical questions concerning
System issues such as:
Why did my mailing not go out when scheduled?
How do I add an image to my campaign?
How can I add new subscribers to my account?
Delivery issues:
Why do I have so many bounces from my last send?
Why did my campaign not reach certain subscribers?
Can you please explain what these bounces mean?
Upload issues:
Can you tell me when my upload will be approved?
Why was my upload denied?
Why do I have so many rejected records?
Weekly call with you to discuss issues and then send status report (optional but goes towards hour allotment)
Create and send reports – campaigns, subscriber reports as well as custom reports. Reports can only be generated from data that is available within the Control Panel.
