We are seeking an experienced and highly customer-focused Tech Support Whiz to help our clients with their daily woes.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as day to day tech support providing callers with superior help, service and experience.
- Answer support tickets and participate in live chat sessions
- Ensure delivery of accurate reporting and provide detailed performance analysis to clients on a weekly basis
- Frequently communicate with clients, to ensure satisfaction and improve retention
- Work with Sales and Marketing to identify common issues and help improve the products and services we offer
General Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills: Visual, written and verbal
- Very thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to manage very technical and complex web products
- Web industry savvy including the latest trends in digital marketing technology
- Must be a committed team player, able to work both independently and interact with other staff members
Specific Requirements:
- 3-5 years in tech support, preferably at an interactive agency or Web development/consulting firm
- Ability to juggle multiple daily tech support calls in an effective and efficient manner
- Excellent level of patience and superior energy with a good sense of humor is a must
- A demonstrated ability to survive and thrive in a high pressure environment
- Exposure to open source/LAMP projects/applications is a huge plus
