National Account Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned national accounts manager that has a passion for and experience in leading groundbreaking software (SaaS) application deployments with large Fortune 500 customers, while growing and maintaining the relationship.  We need a constant gardener who will keep the soil of our relationship tilled to create opportunities for continual growth opportunities while hitting short- and long-term deployment goals with our prized and honored customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing Stewardship of client accounts handling day-to-day needs and putting out fires as they arise
  • Assist the client in Planning and Goal Setting for both short and long term objectives
  • Provide Daily Support and training when needed to help clarify new and existing implementations of mobileStorm products and services
  • Deciphering real client needs vs. what they think they need
  • Lead Frequent Stewardship Review meetings with clients to assess success or fail points in the relationship/project
  • Maintaining a tight project schedule to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
  • Serve as head of a client steering committee that will meet on an ongoing basis to assess project effectiveness, clients needs
  • Make Ongoing Recommendations for Improvement to both client relationship and project performance to identify new product and service offerings
  • Identify P&L Scenarios for projects to avoid costly resource drains and budget overruns

Requirements:

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in large national accounts project management preferably in the SaaS (Software as a Service) arena
  • Extreme patience, ability to listen, a sense of humor and a controlled tenacity for delivering results for the customer is a must.
  • Knowledge of software product development and experience in feeding product requirements to developers
  • Strong analytical skill set to decipher client needs and room for improvement
  • Charismatic and inspirational presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint is a must
  • Use of Microsoft Project & Excel to continually monitor project status and ongoing deliverables
  • Scope of Work and Client Needs assessment skills are a must
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobile applications preferred
  • Knowledge of the health care industry preferred but not required
  • Up to 25% travel within the greater US
