Frank has over 20 years of broad technology experience and has held numerous high level IT positions at major corporations including EchoStar (DISH Network) and CSG Systems . He was the Director of Technology for EchoStar in The Netherlands and subsequently at the EchoStar’s corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Frank’s current focus is on the technology aspects of eonBusiness’ portfolio companies. As a technology strategist, he provides advice and strategic guidance to portfolio companies to help meet their business needs.  Frank earned a degree in mechanical engineering at the MTS in Almelo, The Netherlands, and studied computer sciences at the HIO in Enschede, The Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, German, French and English and various programming languages.

Tim McQuillen most recently managed all technical operations for L90, Inc. Mr. McQuillen successfully directed L90’s technical operations and engineering teams for this top-tier advertising network with over $40 million in annual revenue. McQuillen was also responsible for all of the systems and network operations that supported adMonitor™, an email and online marketing application service provider that reached over 65% of all Internet users.  Prior to L90, Mr. McQuillen was Director of Business Development and Marketing for TigerEye Consulting, LLC, an online-based executive technical recruiting firm and Associate Partner of Quest Worldwide, an executive technology staffing company. McQuillen holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
