Digg!

A good email campaign is tested over and over until everything works perfectly. There are so many components to a campaign. It is very easy to miss something that could drastically affect your deliverability, the subscriber experience or your brand’s reputation. Below is a check list that I would highly recommend you print out and use for each campaign. Make sure to always send out a real campaign to a small test group where you can have multiple eyeballs for feedback.

Stun! Product Road Map – Q1

Digg!

Stun!I wanted to take this time to share with our Stun! customers what our product road map looks like for the rest of our quarter. My CTO Ojas Amin and I just got back from a weeklong trip to Hyderabad, India where we met with our developers to plan out our future upgrades and integrations. It was a very successful trip and we accomplished many things. If you ever get the chance to go to India make sure you properly prepare yourself. India is a total trip. It’s very loud (everyone honks), there are people everywhere and I mean everywhere (India now has a billion people.)

As a result of these meetings, I’m excited to announce that we have some major upgrades that will be released over the next 2-3 months. We have staffed two more full time developers (probably with doctorates) just to get all of this done by April. The following upgrades will be released in order:

Happy MLK Day!

Happy MLK DayDr. Martin Luther King is one of my heroes. Imagine for a second that you knew you could be assassinated if you continued to purse a cause that you knew was right and just. Could you continue to stand up for what you believe in? I think about this often, and I realize that there are very few people on this earth who could. Does this story remind you of any other historical figure?

MLK was a very selfless man. He realized that segregation would affect generations of people long after he was gone. He saw a window of opportunity to change that while he was alive on this earth and he took it. It amazes me to think that only 40 years ago, African Americans, and other minorities, were not allowed to go to the same schools as Whites, drink at the same fountains, or sit at the front of a bus. We have come a long way to make equality work, and thanks to Dr. King, “little black boys and black girls are able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.”

If you have a moment today, go to AmericanHetoric.com and either listen to or read his famous speech. It’s impossible not to get goose bump. This man is spitting fire.
