Dedicated IP
When you sign up for a mobileStorm account, you are, by default, placed on a shared IP with a select number of other clients. However, if you want to ensure that your campaigns are the only ones being sent from a particular IP, we offer the option of getting a Dedicated IP. Having a Dedicated IP can help prevent possible blocks caused by other clients on your shared IP as well as improve your chances of reaching the inbox vs. junk/bulk. We will whitelist the IP and establish any sort of required authentication as well as monitor it for any possible blocks or issues.
