We conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of our infrastructure to ensure continual adaptation to the ever-changing IT security landscape as well as requirements from HIPAA, NIST, and PCI-DSS standards to ensure data security.
We utilize AES-256 encryption methods to protect data in multiple facets while in motion or at rest. We have implemented additional data protection and security safeguards which allow our clients to set the frequency of their authentication tokens at will, allowing security around transactional or bulk messages to be changed by you at anytime. In addition, we logically segregate sensitive data so that it is never together to create one central location of secure information. As a result, data is kept separate and only brought together at the moment of decryption.
