We realize that you might have specific needs or requirements that aren’t part of our product suite. For such cases, we offer the following development services for our mobileStorm customers.
API Integration
If you have an existing form or data source that you wish to integrate into your account, we offer a series of APIs that connect your system to ours. Specific data includes:
Data In
- The Data In API allows you to use your own subscriber forms to capture new data and seamlessly integrate such entries into your mobileStorm account. This can be done either via HTTP Post or our Web Services option. Any data that is captured via your form can be added to your mobileStorm account and will be automatically appended to the subscriber record when changes are made. Note: a comparable form must be created within mobileStorm so that the fields will match up correctly.
Data Out
- For those that need to have a duplicate, updated copy of their mobileStorm database reside on their own internal database, we offer a Data Out API. This API will send information about changes to subscriber records within mobileStorm (such as edits to profile, bounces and unsubscribes) to update your internal database.
Data Verification
- If you have some sort of membership requirement for people to view content on your site, use our Validation API to check to see if they are an active subscriber within mobileStorm.
Messaging
- Send entire email, SMS, voice and fax campaigns without having to log into mobileStorm Simply load the content into the API request along with the intended list and the campaign will be delivered to your subscribers.
Reporting
- Retrieve campaign and subscriber information without having to log into mobileStorm Results can be generated both as a CSV or as an XML feed.
