Removing Subscribers:

Remove Subscriber
Removing a subscriber allows you to delete or remove a specific individual (or group of individuals) that is in your list(s) or entire database.

Subscribers > Remove Subscribers

Step 1.

Select the list you want to remove subscribers from.

Step 2.

Either copy and paste the subscribers into the box, or upload them using a (.csv) or (.txt) file.

Step 3.

Click on the 'Submit' button.

At the bottom of any campaign, there is an Unsubscribe link that will automatically remove the user. You can email them and tell them to select this to remove their address.
