With mobileStorm, you can divide your database into specific lists, each of which can be used to send messages to segments of your audience. Lists can be anything from different brands/events to certain people, like VIPs or premium members. You need to create at least one list in order to send out your messages.

mobileStorm was designed to work best with one list that is segmented into Targets for all your mailings (see Targets section in the Knowledge Database).  By having one main list with multiple Targets (as opposed to multiple lists) you won't have to worry about duplicate addresses receiving the same mailing more than once.
