If no lists are being displayed when setting up your form, that means your list(s) has not yet been Activated. Make sure that you received an email at the From Address you requested for the list and confirm the list. Once you do this, go back to the form and you will see the list name(s) appear in the box.
If you do not receive the activation e-mail for your list, let our Client Services department know (support@mobileStorm.com) and we can activate it for you.
