If you sign up for a mobileStorm email and/or SMS plan, then your account will be prorated based on the day of the month you signed up for the service. For example, if you sign up for the account on the 10th day, then you will be charged for 2/3s of the plan amount that you chose. However, you are still allowed to send the full amount of messages with your plan. This is only for the first month and after that you will be charged the full amount of your plan the first day Voice and fax are not prorated.
