As long as you are on a month to month contract or your long term contract is ending, a you may cancel their plan by email billing@mobilestorm.com with a date when they wish to continue service and a reason why they want to cancel. If you do not cancel your contract or renew your long term contract before the next billing period, you will be automatically charged the month to month pricing.
