In order to properly use mobileStorm, you must turn off all of your pop-up blockers. Here are common programs and toolbars that block pop-ups:

Google Toolbar
Yahoo! Toolbar
Pop-up Stopper Basic
Pop-up Washer
Pop-up Scanner
Popup Killer

Yahoo! Toolbar:
We have found that the Yahoo! toolbar automatically blocks pop-ups without your knowledge or approval. Please right-click on your toolbar, and make sure that the 'Yahoo! Toolbar' is unchecked.

Google Toolbar:
If you click the button that says, "# blocked", it will change to "Popups Okay". You will need to have it in this option when in the control panel.

All Other Popup Programs:
Most pop-up blocker programs will block a pop-up once you click on a link. If you have clicked on a link within mobileStorm, that you know should have popped up in a new window, you will need to hold down the "Ctrl" button when clicking the link.
