Campaigns - Targets can be applied to Email, SMS and Voice campaigns
After you choose a list, just check the box for the target you want to send to.
When you select more than one target, you have three options. "ANY", "ALL", "NOT"
ANY - When you choose this option, your campaign will send to ANY subscriber that matches the target criteria that you selected. Ex. If you choose "CA" and "Los Angeles", it will send to all subscribers who have "CA" as the state and "Los Angeles" as the city.
ALL - When you choose this option, your campaign will only send to subscribers that match BOTH targets. Ex. If you choose "CA" and "Los Angeles", it will only send to subscriber who are in California, and live in Los Angeles.
NOT - Choosing this target will not send the campaign to the target you selected. Ex. If you have a "CA" target, none of your California subscribers will receive the campaign.
