Create a List of Opens

If you'd like to create a list of everyone who has opened your campaigns, please follow these steps:

1. Create a new list. (http://www.mobilestorm.com/knowledge/article.php?id=060)

2. Run reports on campaigns for which you want to pull the opens from. (http://www.mobilestorm.com/knowledge/article.php?id=085)

3. Once you have a report generated, click on "View Details" under the opens section. This will pop-up a new window with all of your open details.

4. Click on the "Export Data" button. This will export your open details data to a CSV file.

5. Open that file on your computer, get rid of any columns that you don't need. You probably just want to leave the "Email Address" column.

6. Upload your open details file to your newly created list.
