There are several reasons why your keyword may not be working. First, make sure that your mobileStorm SMS account is active and in good standing. Remember, if your SMS plan is not
active or if your credit card failed for the keyword monthly charges, they will
not work. Also, make sure that the list associated with the keyword is
active too. Finally, check to see if the short code you are testing
matches the one associated with the keyword you are using. This can be
found by clicking on the pencil icon next to the list with your keyword and
then look for the bolded short code listed.
