Voicemail Campaign:

A campaign is a specific message being sent out to a specific list via mobileStorm It also consists of one messaging type because of the varying requirements for each.

Step 1.

Click on the 'Add Voicemail Campaign' button.

Step 2.

Specify your campaign name.

Click on the 'Save & Continue' button.

Step 4.

Select the list you would like to send to. Or enter your phone numbers in the provided box. (Note: Phone numbers should only be 10 numbers. No spaces, dashes, or parenthesis)

Step 5.

Click on the 'Save & Continue' button.

Step 6.

Specify a campaign target. (Note: This step is not required.)

Step 7.

Click on the 'Save & Continue' button.

Step 8.

Choose your own (.wav) file, or our system will call you to record your message.

Step 9.

Click on the 'Save & Continue' button.

Step 10.

Specify the 'Caller ID' and 'Phone Number'. Also, choose how long you want your message to be.

Step 11.

Click on the 'Save & Continue' button.

Step 12.

Click on 'Record Main Message'. Our system will call you on the number your specified. You can create your message and save your changes.

Step 13.

When done recording your message, check the box, 'I am done recording', and click 'Done Recording'.

Step 14.

This is the last step is creating your campaign. This page gives you an overview of you campaign. The last step is telling mobileStorm what you want to do with your mailing. Your options include:

Send Now: This sends your message out either immediately or within a range of 10 minute increments up to one hour.

Send One Time: This allows you to schedule the message for a future time/date. The campaign will be sent accordingly but only as a one-time message.

Recurring: If you have a message that you wish to be delivered multiple times, you should use this option to deliver the campaign. You may set up the message to be delivered either every day/week/month or on selected dates.

Send to Test Account: It is recommended that you first send your message to a test group prior to sending to the entire list.

Save as Draft: This is good option if you are not ready to send your campaign. It will be saved with all of the changes you have made, and ready for you to send at your convenience at a later time.
