A Voicemail campaign is similar to a Voicecall campaign in that both campaigns use a recorded voice message. However, the Voicemail campaign will leave the message in voicemail box of your subscriber. Please note if the phone is answered the message will not play.

We recommend that you use a Voicemail campaign if you know that your subscribers will not answers their phones.
