By default, your "RSS Form" will display all of your RSS feed URLs for all of your lists. The RSS form is necessarily a web form, but more like a landing page for your RSS lists.
Go to " Manage Forms > RSS Form". You will see your landing page on this page.
Click on the "Preview" icon to pop-up a window of your RSS landing page.
The URL that is under "RSS Feed" is the URL you are looking for. This URL can be implemented into RSS Readers and E-mail programs that support RSS.
