There are 3 types of forms you can create:
Web Quick: A basic form to quickly capture information and build your database of subscribers. The data fields on the Quick Web Form are: Email Address, Cell Phone, Telephone, Fax number or ALL of these fields.
Web Custom: A form to capture more detailed information about your subscribers, which can be used to create targeted lists and campaigns. You can add Custom Fields to this form for capturing specific customer information like Favorite Color, Music Preference, Make/Model of Vehicle or pretty much any data point you want. Each of these Custom Fields can the be made into their very own Target. Custom Fields are limited to 20 per Custom Web Form.
Wireless: A form designed specifically to capture subscriber information via a wireless device such as a web-enabled Smartphone (Blackberry, iPhone, Droid etc) or Tablet. As long as you have internet access you can instantly add subscribers to any list in your mobileStorm account via the Wireless Form. This function will free you up from using the old fashioned 'pen & paper' data gathering technique when you're at a outdoor venue, trade show, conference or just about anywhere in the world.
Each of these forms has their own specific requirements, which are explained below. Note: you may create only ONE of each type of Form per approved list. Potentially each list in your account can have all three types of Forms attached to it.
