Why does it take 24 hours for my upload to be approved if it has more than 400 records?
It is necessary to have this restriction to ensure that we are being as compliant as possible with the anti-spam laws. Every database over 400 records has to be examined by our support staff and it takes time to do this. However, it is often considerably less than 24 hours before you will receive the results of the upload request.
