Deleting Bounces:

bounce
A bounce indicates a message was not delivered to a particular record in your database. Bounces can either be a temporary problem, called a soft bounce, or a permanent failure, called a hard bounce.

Subscribers > Manage Bounces

You will see all of your bounces on this screen.

Step 1.

Select your message type

Step 2.

Select the bounce type you want to view. (Find more information about bounces here.)

Step 3.

Click on the 'Submit' button.

Step 4.

Select how many e-mails you want to view per page

============================================================

Step 5.

Click on the 'Check All' button.

Step 6.

Click on the 'Delete Selected' button.
