View/Export Unsubscribes:

Unsubscribes export
This feature allows you to get a copy of Unsubscribe data (subscribers' that have opt out from your list or database) for your own records.

Step 1.

Click on the 'Subscribers' button.

Step 2.

Click on 'Search Message Types' button.

Step 3.

Select the list(s) you want to display the unsubscribers for.

Step 4.

Check the box for 'Email' and select 'In-Active'.

Note: You can select more than one message type. If you select more than message type, you have the option for 'Criteria'.

Step 5.

Click on 'Submit' to show your 'In-Active' subscribers.

Click on "Export Subscribers" on the top right of the page
