Campaigns > SMS Messages > SMS Inbox

1. Click on the button, "Reply to Subscriber". 

This will pop-up a new window.

2. Choose where the message will come from. A 'Cell Phone Number' or 'Short Code'.

If you choose 'Short Code' skip to step 6, otherwise continue to step 3.

3. Check the box "Add Cell Phone Number". Enter your cell phone in the provided boxes and select your carrier.

 

4. Click on 'Send Confirmation Code'. This will send a confirmation code to your cell phone.

5. Once you receive the SMS message, enter the 4 digit number in the provided box.

6. Fill in your reply message.

7. Click on 'Send' to send the SMS message.

 Once you have confirmed your cell phone, it will appear in the drop down box next time you want to use it.
