If possible, copy/paste the error that you are receiving and please let us know what action(s) you were trying to perform when the error occurred. Also, include details about your computer:
- What operating system are you using? (Mac, Windows etc)
- What web browser are you logging into mobileStorm with? (Firefox, IE6, Chrome, Safari etc)
Attaching screen shots will also help us resolve your issue.
