Clearing Temporary Internet Files
Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer and go to the "Tools" drop down menu on the top bar.
2. Click on Internet Options.
3. Click on the General tab from the Internet Options menu.
4. Next, click on the Delete Files button. This will cause your browser to temporarily freeze up but don't worry about this. Depending on how long it has been since you've deleted the temporarily files, this process may take awhile. When the menu becomes active again, click on OK.
5. Close Internet Explorer. Re-start Internet Explorer. Login to Control Panel.
Firefox
1. Open up Firefox and go to the "Tools" drop down menu on the top bar.
2. Choose "Clear Private Data". Leave all the boxes as they are, and click on "Clear Private Data Now".
3. Restart your Firefox browser, and login to the control pane.
