Confirmed Subscribers are users that have agreed to receive messages from you. They have not only signed up to your list but have also agreed to a second email, which confirms they wish to receive your messages. Having Confirmed Subscribers can greatly increase your open rates as you will be sending messages to a much more receptive audience.
Step 1.
Click on the 'Confirm Subscribers' button under the 'Accounts' tab.

Step 2.
Click on 'Create Confirmation Campaign'

Step 3.
Choose to either upload a list that contains ONLY email addresses, or one that has multiple fields (such as First/Last Names)

Step 4.
Select the list you want to confirm subscribers to.

Step 5.
Upload the file(s) with the addresses you want to confirm.

Step 6.
Name the campaign and choose whether or not to display your logo with the campaign.

Step 7.
Name the subject of the campaign. You can use the pre-populated example or create your own.

Step 8.
The template editor will load up below the subject line.

Step 9.
Confirm all of the details of your campaign and either press Save to send it later or Send in 10 minutes.

The campaign will be sent to all addresses that were uploaded. Those that choose to confirm their subscription will be added to your database.
On the summary page, you can track the process of your campaign. We recommend sending the second campaign one week after the first one.
Once again, your subscribers will have the chance to confirm their subscriptions. After the second campaign is delivered, any subscribers that denied their subscription and/or did not confirm their subscription will be removed from your database. This will represent your new database and you will once again be able to send messages to your list(s).
