Adding a User/Partner Account:

partner account
External user of the system, such as a marketing firm or reseller. Because they are not part of the immediate company that signed up for mobileStorm, their access is restricted to only a couple of areas in the system: Campaigns and Reports.

Accounts > User Roles

Step 1.

Click 'User Accounts' or 'Partner Accounts' (To find out the difference between the two, look here.)

Step 2.

Enter all of the personal information.

Step 3.

Check the boxes you want the user to have access to.

Note: You can also choose which list(s), targets and templates this user has access to. If you only give access to the "Master" list, this means that they will only be able to see that list.

Step 4.

Click 'Create Account'
