Accounts > Personalize

First you must have a "Custom Web Form" with a custom field in order to utilize this feature. If you do not have one created, please read follow these tutorials. Create Custom Web Form (link) Create Custom Field (link).

1. Go to "Accounts > Personalize" and click on "Set Tokens".
   
   
2. Specify your token name. (Ex. firstname, music, etc.) I have created a token for my custom field of "Music Preference".
   
   
3. Now go to "Accounts > Autoresponders" and click on "Add Response".
   
   
4. Choose what type of autoresponder you would like to create. The token can be inserted into any type of response regardless of message type.
   
   
5. When you are ready to insert your token into the body or subject line of the auto responder, scroll down to the "Insert Personalized Option" area.
