  • Set parameters

    - Offer different discount types. Choose between a flat dollar amount or a percentage-off discount ("save $5" or "take 20% off," respectively).
  • Start/expiration

    - Choose the start and end date for the coupon to be tracked.
  • Send out as many different coupons as you want. For example, if you own multiple store brands, you can send out mobile coupons for each store name—that is, a different coupon for each brand.
  • By inserting tokens (such as ##C1##) you can send out innumerable codes (corresponding to innumerable customers) for the same coupon-all in one step!
  • Protect yourself from fraud

    - Assign coupon by customer ID (such as an individual's credit account) or by SKU.
  • Set a maximum usage allowance for your coupon-you decide whether to limit the number of discounts or to let the coupon be viral.

Coupon Redemption

  • Decide which way you want to create and redeem coupons - Create coupons using the mobileStorm platform; send the coupons out as SMS, RSS, or email; and then use your own POS when the customer comes in to redeem the coupon.

  • Or let your own POS create numeric or alphanumeric coupons, and then use mobileStorm Coupon Management to send them out.
  • When using the mobileStorm platform to create a "landing site" to redeem coupons, you can also collect other demographic information about the individual customer.

Campaign Analysis
