Some of its recent clients include Avalon Hollywood, one of Los Angeles’s top concert and nightclub venues, as well as Club 6 in San Francisco, socalvibe.com, BPM Magazine, and record labels Skor Records and Mixology. The company also announced that it is completing a version 2.0 of its wireless platform for Universal’s top record label Interscope/Geffen/A&M.

mobileStorm hires Steve Chipman as its Vice President of Operations

Mr. Chipman will be responsible for all product development, client management and project management. He has over 9 years of experience working for various software and Web technology companies. He has served in a variety of product/project management capacities and has worked with some of the largest clients in the industry, including AOL/TimeWarner, Microsoft, Nokia, Yahoo! and AT&T. He has extensive experience structuring/reorganizing start-up development efforts and has sat on the board of several organizations, including the establishment of the first interactive division of the San Francisco Ad Club. He holds a BA in International Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

We are only one week into August, and we have almost hit our sales goals for the month.”

mobileStorm and Addante & Associates Ink Deal

LOS ANGELES, CA - mobileStorm Inc. announced today that it has signed a 3 year contract with Addante & Associates (AA). The contract includes:

1.) mobileStorm licensing AA’s powerful email MTA software StrongMail™
2.) AA reselling mobileStorm’s Stun!™ messaging platform

“We are very excited about this deal.” stated Jared Reitzin, mobileStorm CEO. He continues, “StrongMail, an enterprise-grade e-mail delivery system was built to reliably deliver large amounts of mail to millions of users in a very short period of time. Because of this relationship, mobileStorm is able to push over a million messages an hour off of one single server. In most cases, StrongMail’s speed doubles and triples most of the current MTAs on the market. With Strong Mail as our backend, we will be able to scale our infrastructure for years without having to upgrade hardware. This savings, in turn, can be passed through to our customers.”

In addition to licensing StrongMail to mobileStorm, AA announced that it will become a reseller of mobileStorm’s new messaging platform, Stun!. Frank Addante, CEO of AA, states, “There are a lot of businesses out there who need StrongMail™ coupled with a comprehensive front-end list management and tracking application for e-mail and SMS. mobileStorm’s, Stun! platform combines our powerful backend with a very easy-to-use front end. Stun! will help businesses manage all aspects of email marketing. mobileStorm announces a new long term strategic partnership with Urbancolo for managed services

LOS ANGELES, CA - mobileStorm announced today it has signed a long-term contract with Urbancolo, a premier Independent broadband services provider.

“mobilestorm is preparing to ramp up their infrastructure for the new launch of their ASP messaging platform Stun!™, and we are very pleased that they have chosen Urbancolo Networks as one of its strategic infrastructure providers.” Stated Toby Morning, Urbancolo’s CEO and Founder. He continues, “mobilestorm has signed agreements with a number of major portals, entertainment companies, and promoters that recognizes the company as a legitimate email and wireless marketing service. Urbancolo is proud to be working with them.”

Jared Reitzin, mobileStorm’s CEO states, “Because of the amount of messages we distribute on a monthly basis, it is important for us to have a large network. Urbancolo will not only be able to provide us with the space we need, but the security and speed necessary to properly launch Stun!™, this coming August.”

mobileStorm plans to maintain a good portion of its infrastructure at Urbancolo’s NOC, in downtown Los Angeles. Urbancolo will provide servers, hosting, and network administration.

mobileStorm adds Mike Frank to its Board of Advisors

LOS ANGELES, CA - mobileStorm Inc. announced that it has added Mike Frank to its Board of Advisors.

Mr. Frank has over 25 years of executive management experience. He is the former founding executive and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Level(3) Communications (NASDAQ: LVLT). Level(3) operates the world’s first international network optimized end-to-end for IP packet switching technology. Prior to the founding of Level (3), Mr. Frank was the senior vice president of human resources for MFS Communications Company until its sale to WorldCom. He also held senior human resources positions at Disney, the Taco Bell Corporation (a subsidiary of PepsiCo), and the Izod Division of General Mills, Inc. Mr. Frank is the executive director of the Alexis Frank Family Foundation and currently the COO of Friends of the Bridegroom. Mr. Frank holds a BA from Creighton University.

Mr. Frank has agreed to provide mobileStorm Inc. with valuable insight, introductions, and information to assist mobileStorm in its business activities.
