Clients Will be Able to Monetize Mobile Campaigns With New Service

CTIA Wireless 2008 - LAS VEGAS - mobileStorm, a leading provider of digital marketing products and services, today announced a new premium Short Message Service (SMS) for its Stun! platform. This new capability enables companies, particularly SMBs (small-to-medium-sized businesses) to create additional revenue streams.

Stun! Premium SMS gives clients the option to earn money on certain text messages and content, by having cell phone users pay for the service through their cell phone bill. The possibilities are endless. Now mobileStorm clients can promote voting contests, like those on reality TV shows, in which participants pay a small fee to vote for their favorites via SMS. Stun! clients can also create subscription campaigns and charge a monthly fee for premium content. Stun! allows businesses of almost any size to deliver informational services like daily horoscopes, VIP programs, time-sensitive updates or even contests and games to engage customers.

While premium SMS has been increasingly used by enterprises such as TV production companies or large global brands, mobileStorm is the first to make this service available to the SMB market.   • Clients can use a mobileStorm shortcode, or use their own dedicated shortcodes.

Company creates new division to tap into online video marketing and distribution

Taking advantage of its location in the heart of Hollywood, the new group will produce both internal and external video shorts on a variety of subjects, from product How-Tos to a weekly digital marketing show.

mobileStorm Productions will be headed by new hire Alex Gans, who will serve as the senior editor for the division and supervise all of the shoots. mobileStorm launches Developer Zone

January 4, 2008 — Clients will be able to use mobileStorm’s Stun! targeted messaging platform with greater ease than ever, thanks to the new Developer Zone that puts all of mobileStorm’s application program interfaces, or APIs, in one convenient place.

The APIs let clients use their own applications and infrastructure to pass information to and from Stun!, making it easy to integrate usage of the platform with usage of their other programs.

The newest API, called the Messaging API, enables companies to integrate their own Stun! messaging component into their existing applications. This means that, for example, a CRM application could use the API to trigger broadcast messages to a database, without using the Stun! interface itself.

MobileStorm has received its first round of funding from venture capital firm eonBusiness.

EonBusiness, the sole investor in mobileStorm’s Series A, is known for backing early-stage, Web-based businesses. The firm’s deal with mobileStorm reserves its right to invest more money later on. The capital currently invested by eonBusiness is earmarked for growth, research and design, as well as marketing and sales initiatives.

“We’re amping up our direct sales force,” said Jared Reitzin, CEO of mobileStorm. “We’re opening up an office in San Francisco under our new EVP of sales and marketing, Ric Hattabuagh. We traditionally spent more on PR than marketing, but that’s slowly changing. We’ll have more on pay-per-click and Web advertising and also more traditional channels like trade shows and eventually newspapers and radio.”

The mobileStorm system allows clients to reach an entire database or a selected segment through multiple platforms, including e-mail, SMS, voice, fax and RSS. Continues to Expand Reach in Messaging Industry Through Customer Acquisitions and New Partnerships

LOS ANGELES, CA, August 1st, 2005 - mobileStorm Inc., a leading provider of digital messaging solutions, today announced that it had closed out its fiscal year 2005 with record revenues. mobileStorm doubled its revenue from fiscal 2004 and reported a 73% increase in sales from the previous quarter. The company also established a strategic partnership with its main hosting provider and implemented a new managed services option for its clients.

Expanded Partnership with ZeroLag
