Company creates new division to tap into online video marketing and distribution

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Feb. 11, 2008 – mobileStorm Inc. (www.mobileStorm.com), a leading provider of digital marketing products and services, today announced the creation of a video production unit called mobileStorm Productions. Taking advantage of its location in the heart of Hollywood, the new group will produce both internal and external video shorts on a variety of subjects, from product How-Tos to a weekly digital marketing show.

mobileStorm Productions will be headed by new hire Alex Gans, who will serve as the senior editor for the division and supervise all of the shoots. Gans is a veteran of the corporate video industry and has extensive experience creating dynamic, high-impact shorts that are geared specifically to the burgeoning online video market.

The division will produce many types of online videos, both short- and long-form. Specific areas will include: product guides and walkthroughs, a weekly news program on the latest trends in digital marketing, case studies and client testimonials, and a series of entertaining commercials to promote various features and services that mobileStorm has to offer.

mobileStorm is also launching a community site at www.mobilestorm.com/videos where all of the mobileStorm Productions videos will be stored. There users can watch, rate, and add comments about any of the videos posted. Interested parties will also be able to embed the videos into their own sites in just a couple of simple steps. Future enhancements will include mobileStorm clients\’ ability to house their own videos on the site for distribution purposes.

The first series of videos that will be available by mobileStorm Productions will center on the company\’s upcoming white paper, \”Digital Marketing Best Practices for Geniuses.\” These will be amusing vignettes on extreme examples of what happens when companies don\’t follow best practices. At the end of each episode, there will be a URL to reserve a copy of the document before it becomes available to the general public.
