With the mobileStorm platform, you’ll get a dedicated team of experts for all clients with virtually immediate support via voice, chat and email. Whatever works for you. In addition to our legendary customer service, you’ll have access to extensive FAQ and support documentation ’round the clock.

We understand that not all support is campaign- or message-related.  Since the mobileStorm platform is designed from the ground up to be a turnkey solution for our customers, you may never need any of this.  However, if you do come across support requirements that are more technical in nature, we have a highly qualified team of technicians ready to blow your I.T. mind.

  • Phone Support.  Hate it when you call your service provider and all you get is voice mail? We do too. That’s why we offer phone support Monday through Friday (except on holidays) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Call us anytime about anything, even if you only want to know how the weather is in L.A.
  • Chat Support. If you need help now . . . try our Live Chat (no, not that kind of chat).  If you click Live Chat in the Support section of your account, you won’t wait longer than 30 seconds before an agent is ready to help. Chat support is available Monday through Friday (except on holidays) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Knowledge Database. We’re talking a “comprehensive” knowledge database that covers the entire mobileStorm platform, as well as a glossary of terms.  Each section of the application is broken out into detailed, step-by-step instructions to help guide you through major features, and also provides answers to many of the questions you might have while using the system.

  • API Integration. We offer a wide variety of API options to help get your data in and out of the mobileStorm platform.
  • Account Management. Choose from plans that either give you access to our pool of talented experts or let you reach the same Dedicated Account Manager who already knows your programs, strategy and methodology. Get help and answers, fast, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
  • Email Support.  All of our clients can get support via email 24/7. Seriously! We burn the midnight oil and would love to help you out when you need it.
