Account Management
mobileStorm Voice gives you full control of your account from setting up other users to creating test accounts. Specific features include:
- Voice Test Accounts – Add up to 10 phone numbers to test your voice messages prior to sending out a major campaign. Make sure that your message is clear for your subscribers and for voice calls, test to see if the Press 2 option is working properly. Save yourself a lot of potential heartache by doing some thorough testing before contacting your subscribers.
Campaign Creation
mobileStorm Voice has a variety of options and features to help maximize a voice broadcast, from selecting 2 different types of voice campaigns to different recording options. Some of the main features include
- Create Both Voice Mail and Voice Call Campaigns – Our voice service allows you the option of selecting from two different forms of voice messages, voice mail and voice call. With a voice mail, you simply record your message, choose your list and then mobileStorm will deliver the message into your customers voicemail boxes. With a Voice Call, you include some sort of call to action in the message by using Press 2.
- Simplified Message Creation – Send your voice campaign in a matter of minutes and either upload a prerecorded WAV file or have our system call you to record the message. This can be used for both the single message for Voice Mail campaigns or the multiple messages for Voice Call (main message and the Call to Action)
- Multiple Message Lengths – Choose from a variety of message lengths in 30 second intervals, from 30 all the way to 5 minute messages.
Campaign Management
Once you’ve created your voice campaign, mobileStorm Voice offers many features to help manage your campaign and to ensure maximum delivery:
- Delivery Voice Campaigns of Any Size – There are no restrictions in terms of database size or frequency of delivery since your subscription is based on total voice messages (per 30 second intervals) sent per month, like a cell phone company.
- Targeted Sends – Segment your campaigns by implementing targets, such as Males 21-34 or Los Angeles Females, to narrow your reach and hit only those selected subscribers. Targets can be used to minimize a larger list as well as create a highly specific group of subscribers that meet a number of exact criteria,such as Females 21-34 who live in Los Angeles and have an income level of $50,000 or more.

Campaign Analysis
Now that you’ve delivered your voice campaign, time to find out the results. mobileStorm’s Voice Broadcast has numerous reports to dig deeper into how successful your campaign really was. Gain insights such as:
- Successful Call Reports – Find out how many people successfully receive the voice campaign and the specific phone numbers that did for further follow up and tracking.
- Bounce Reports – Weed out bad or invalid phone numbers and find out just how reliable your phone list is with the mobileStorm Voice bounce reports. Get information such as number of busy signals and disconnected phone numbers.
- Press 2 Reports – For Voice Call campaigns, find out how many people pressed 2 and get a detailed breakdown by phone number to follow up with the Call to Action notice.
Subscriber Management
Keeping track of subscribers can be a real pain. Let mobileStorm Voice take care of this for you with our wide range of subscriber management features including:
- Suppression Lists – Scrub your database against Do Not Call list as well as our Global Permanent Removal List to prevent unwanted numbers from receiving your campaigns.
- Abuse Removals – Subscribers can be removed within the Control Panel, and you can also batch unsubscribe users either via copy/paste as well as uploading a file.
- Bounce Removal System – Automatically remove permanently failed numbers (hard bounces) as well as temporary fails like busy signals or no answer (soft bounce) and technical issues with the phone company (unknown)
