NEW FEATURE: Video Broadcasting

Stun! now has the ability for you to broadcast your online videos to over 15 video sharing sites such as YouTube, MySpace and Daily Motion all in a single click. It is a new message type within the Stun! Control Panel and can be added to your Stun! account at no additional charge. The service not only includes distribution but also detailed analytics and trending on a per site basis, as well as aggregate statistics to give clients insight into the popularity and impact of their online videos. Viewership levels per site are also calculated; allowing companies to view spikes in traffic for better planning of future online video placement and marketing. You can also integrate your online videos into your email campaigns to notify and attract more viewers.

UPGRADE: SMS Subscriber Management – New Unsub and Rejoin Process

Stun! SMS clients can now have their subscribers rejoin a list/keyword as well as a more detailed way to remove themselves from only a particular list. If the user has accidentally remove themselves from a particular keyword, they can be readded by texting the keyword again. Our system will then ask them if they wish to resubscribe to the keyword by having them reply with Y. After this has been completed, they will once again be active with that list/keyword.

For users who are subscribed to multiple lists/keywords, they will now have the option to remove themselves either from just one keyword or all. They will receive a message with all of their active keyword to which they can unsubscribe or text STOPALL to terminate all messages coming from any of their active keywords. This gives you greater flexibility in terms of managing your mobile subscribers.

NEW FEATURE: Launch Multiple Campaigns

Stun! clients can now launch multiple campaigns simultaneously and without having to go into each individual campaign. Simply select the campaigns you want to launch and a confirmation notice will pop up to confirm the action. Note: selecting this feature will cause any chosen campaign to send right away so do not use this feature if you need the campaigns to be scheduled. The feature applies across all Stun! messages types.

NEW FEATURE - Custom Footer

Stun! clients can now have a custom footer to better match their unique branding and identity. This can be selected directly within your Stun! Control Panel under Additional Features. Once purchased, use our custom footer editor to name your own links, colors and logo. Note: you must use certain required links like unsubscribe and abuse. Make sure also to test the new footer and all of the links created to ensure that the footer works properly.

UPGRADE: Stun! API Enhancements

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide our clients with the ability to use their own applications and forms, we’ve recently updated our Stun! API in a couple of key areas. First, we’ve enhanced our security surrounding the APIs to ensure that client data is as protected as possible. We’ve also split up the various calls of the Data Out API into their own separate URIs. For example, if you need to retrieve the abuse addresses, you can now use a straight call of https://services.stun1.com/dataout/getAbuse.php We will also be offering a couple of new APIs shortly so stay tuned!
