    Email & Chat Support

    All mobileStorm clients get free support via email and live chat. For technical answers that you can't easily find in the Knowledge Database, please send an email to support@mobilestorm.com, anytime, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. If you need help right away, try our Live Chat support, conveniently accessible in the Live Chat section of the control panel in your account. Chat support is available Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time.

    Premium Phone Support

    If phone support is right for you, mobileStorm is ready. We offer a premium tech support package that allows you to call our support desk to resolve any issues. Premium phone support is an additional charge service that gives you access via phone to our support staff Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time.

    Ever wish there were more of you in your marketing department? Too much to do and not enough time or the right experts on staff? mobileStorm Account Managers are a real extension of your marketing department.     Set-up and Training

    The beauty of mobileStorm 4.0 is that it can be a totally do-it-yourself-system. However, if you are just more comfortable taking a formal approach, we offer a set-up and training package to get you going. A support technician will walk you through the system and help get your account established. You will also receive a month of premium support, which allows you to phone our support department during office hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time) to help with any issues.

    Knowledge Database

    mobileStorm offers a comprehensive knowledge database that covers the entire mobileStorm platform as well as a glossary of terms. Each section of the application is broken out into detailed, step-by-step instructions to help guide you through major features as well as answers to many of the questions you might have while using the system. We are also constantly updating the database with new FAQs, How-to Guides and other useful information to make using the application as easy as possible.
